- If you already have the BRITE app: Please discontinue use of Practice Better and begin all messaging and requests directly through the BRITE app. Our team is ready and waiting for you there!
- If you do not have the BRITE app yet:
Don’t worry! If you missed the download link during your intake process, we can get you set up.Just enter your name, an updated email (check you spam), and telephone.

Your Lab Portal
To ensure your lab testing process is as smooth as possible, we utilize Evexia Diagnostics for all orders and results.
How to Log In
If this is your first time logging in, or if you are returning to view new results, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from Evexia Diagnostics. This invitation was sent to the email address you provided during your consultation.
Tip: If you don't see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folders, as automated invites occasionally end up there. - Activate Your Account: Click the unique activation link within that email to set your password.
- Navigate to the Portal: Once your password is set, go to the Evexia Login Page.
- Enter Credentials: Use your email address and the password you created to log in.
- View Your Dashboard: Once inside, you can view pending lab orders, instructions for blood draws, and your final reports.
